Personal note from the Host:
"We had planned all the activities on the beautiful terrace of the venue. There was a Plan B in case of bad weather, but I really hoped to be able to guide all the classes outdoors. In the end, it poured until a few hours before the start of the retreat (just enough time for the terrace floor to dry), and it started raining again at the end of the last yoga session.
The sound experience was the most contemplative moment. At the end of savasana, the participants were faced with a spectacular sunset over the mountains.
