CANCELLATION POLICY

Desa Yoga online and live classes have a non-refundable policy. In case of emergency, you can subscribe to the following class or move your private class with 12 hours notice. Your spot is confirmed when payment has reached our accounts. All amounts are in € - EURO, and exclude VAT

PAYMENT POLICY

Desa Yoga can receive payments via Credit card, MobilePay and ApplePay. We have the right to store your billing information in our system for charges. We do not charge card-fees. The receipt for purchases online & in studio will be send to the entered e-mail address. The customer is responsible for whether the information entered is correct. Your payment card must be active and it must be possible to complete the enrollment amount. The payment card used for enrollments must be able to make transactions via the Internet. Change in personal data such as name, address, email, phone number & bank account must be updated through the personal profile on Desa Yoga.

BOOKING POLICY (EVENTS)

EVENTS with Desa Yoga are booked individually with each client after initial consultation. Intervals of classes and invoicing will be individually contracted between the client and Desa Yoga. Desa Yoga offers a variety of modules to business customers. The classes are carried out by certified Yoga teachers. Depending on the type of agreement, Desa Yoga provides an opportunity to rent necessary equipment such as yoga mats + blocks. Desa Yoga teachers work on a previously agreed time frame and do not have the ability to delay or extend classes.

CLASS CONDITIONS

Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to sickness and unforeseen situations. Desa Yoga may refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind, for classes that are changed or cancelled by us for any reason. Teachers are subject to change at short notice. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late entry equals no-show. Desa Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Desa Yoga has the right to refuse entry into a class at anytime for any reasonable cause, including but not limited too: misconduct, intoxication, medical grounds. To book into a class you must either have credit in your bank account or pay at the time of booking. Class payment must be made upon booking.

INJURIES

Desa Yoga is in no way liable for any injuries that may occur during practice, whether within an office space or other. Further, Desa Yoga carries no liability for any damages occurring to the practice space. With participation in a Desa Yoga class, the individual confirms that they are in well physical and mental shape to do so.

MEDIA

Photo and video material may be recorded during Desa Yoga sessions. Please inform a Desa Yoga teacher in case you do not feel comfortable with this.

OUR RIGHTS

Desa Yoga reserves the right to withdraw from agreements and refuse participants in case of any unsafe or disrespectful behaviour. Desa Yoga does not tolerate any form of violent or discriminatory behaviour and reserves the right to withdraw from any agreement in the case it occurs.
